Totally Teeth will return to Level 1 Dental Restrictions from the 28th Sep 2020.
As per the media announcement on the 27th Sep 2020, The Australian Dental Association Victoria Branch (ADAVB) and the Victorian Government has recommended that dental practices return to Level 1 for dental procedures.
What Does this mean for you?
Level 1 restrictions means that we can offer all dental services to our patients moving forward. We will now be able to provide all the routine dental care such as Dental check-up and clean, small fillings, root canal treatments, crowns etc. We will still be screening all our patients for potential exposure to Covid-19 before their appointments to maintain safe environment for our patients and staff.
What to expect when you attend the appointment?
For your upcoming appointments, we would like to advise you about few things.
- We only allow patients to enter the clinic and no accompanying persons are allowed (unless you are a guardian of under 18 years of age or you are presenting to help with translation)
- We would ask you to sanitize your hands upon arrival and we will be taking your temperature before taking you to the dental surgery.
- You will be asked to use pre-procedural mouthwash before any procedures.
Operating hours
We will be reopening the clinic on Saturdays and on Tuesdays till 7.00 pm from the next week and operate at normal business hours at Totally Teeth.
